1.Fields
1) 적립 유형 : {admin_save_type}
- show next to 적립 일자 field
- show code name ('station' / 'etc' : "출발-도착 적립"/"기타 적립")
2) if admin_save_type = 'etc'
- show 적립 사유 (admin_save_reason) field next to 적립 유형
if admin_save_type = 'station'
- show 출발지 / 도착지 fields next to 적립 유형
3) 적립 포인트
- move it before 추가 등록자 field
