Description

[ADMIN] 시스템 관리 > 오류 신고 관리 (/setting/qna)

1.List
  1) Grid
    - display DB(st_qna) with qna_type='QA06'
    - currently, it's shown wrong with qna_type='QA05'

  2) Search
    a) 작성자 > 2nd inputbox
      - fix placeholder with 'ID 입력'
      - search with = (Not LIKE)
    b) 오류 유형 > selectbox options
      - set by code LIKE 'QT06%'

    - REMOVE 신고 제목 (because it's not used)
