  1) listStoreConfirmOrder()
     a) conditions (REMOVE previous orderPayment conditions)
        - st_order.smart_order_status = 'SS01' (주문확인중)
        - if st_order.mod_date is NOT NULL
            - check with mod_date if 15 minutes is passed 
          if NULL
            - check with reg_date if 15 minutes is passed
    b) other logic is same

  - 1 AM every day
2.logic
  1) select smart order
    DB: st_order
    conditions
      - st_mall.mall_type = 'store'
      - st_order.smart_order_status = 'SS03' (수령대기중) - ReceiveWait
      - st_order.reg_date < date(today)||'00:00'(hour)  (set time 00:00)
  2) update smart order status per 1) target order
    - no PG payment cancel
    a) UPDATE st_order
       set smart_order_status = 'SS06' (주문취소(환불불가)) - New status
           mod_date = current datetime
    condition: order_no={the order_no}
  3) if target order exists
    - levave log: level(INFO), "[Scheduler-changeSmartOrderStatus (ReceiveWait)] applied data count: {totalCount}"
