할인율이 0%일 경우, 화면 표시되는 내용 확인을 부탁드립니다.
임직원 회원일 시, 스토리오더 상품 목록 화면에서 사진처럼 보이고 있습니다.

링크에서 test45/test45# 계정으로 확인 시, 1,700원 만 보이고 할인 후 가격(1,700원)이 안 보이는 상태입니다.
할인율이 0%인 경우에는 할인 표시 없을 때와 동일한 상태로 보이도록 부탁드립니다.
(기존에 이 처리가 되어 있었던 것 같은데, 어렵다면 0% 할인으로 표시하고, 할인 후 가격을 정상가와 동일하게 표시 부탁드립니다.)

- currently, price is not shown (ex: 1,700원 is just shown)
- display price without discount amount
2) when discount_rate is 0%, apply same with 1)
