      - 많은 양의 철도역을 한꺼번에 수정/등록할 때, 엑셀을 업로드하여 일괄 등록할 수 있습니다.

  2) excel file upload (attach file: 철도역등록_양식_20230610-1.xlsx)
    a) upload result
      - excel row count: 1060
      - real upload count: 888 (all data isn't created)
    b) check why all row is not uploaded and lets fix
      - station_lines: if can't find code value, set by NULL

• 'S1000' was inserted mutlple times (no can't be over S1000)
